TRX Move #5 - Hip Throw

Key:

N: name of the exercise

A: adjustment length of the TRX

P: position relative to the anchor

S: starting posture

M: movement cues

R: return cues to starting posture.

N: TRX Hip Throw

A: Short

P: SF

S: Arms extended chest height, walk feet toward anchor point, feet together

M: Pull hands to chest simultaneously rotating the torso to the right, allowing the right hand to cross over the body

R: Rotate left to square shoulders with the anchor point.  Repeat on other side.
