S: starting posture
M: movement cues
R: return cues to starting posture.

N:  TRX Triceps Press
A:  Mid Length
P:  SFA

S:  Extend arms in front of shoulders, palms down, on balls of feet, legs together
M:  Keep elbows up and in front of shoulders, lower body down until thumbs are next to temples
R:  Drive through palms, extend arms, maintain plank
