Sweating Through the Murph Workout to Honor Fallen Warriors

Members of the 821st Contingency Response Group participated in the "Murph" workout to honor Navy Lt. Michael Murphy who died June 2005 in Afghanistan. The workout includes a one-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats and another one-mile run.
