First Up - The MSRT, the black hole of the USCG budget which has never responded to the terrorist incidents for which it was stood up for.

really? black hole huh? well thank God that we haven't had to respond to another terroist incident. And, regardless of whether they have responded yet, it doesn't negate the need for the program. You think some BTM's from Station Nowhere could respond to something if it were to happen?
Never a black hole to be prepared. Semper Paratus. The MSRT's have been well utilized and you would never know about it.
Great job guys. MSRT is on the rise. The CG is full of negative people that THINK they know but have no idea. I challenge all of those people to take a tour at the MSRT and see what its all about.
