Have you recently transitioned out of the military? Are you looking for a job? If you can make it out to Virginia Beach on October 14th, Corporate Gray wants to help. From 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, they'll host dozens of companies that are actively looking for veterans to hire.

Representing a broad range of industries, veterans will be able to talk to members of companies like Lockheed Martin, Alban Caterpillar, Nissan Motor Corporation, BAE Systems, Sentara Healthcare, Newport News Shipbuilding, Navy Exchange, Great Lakes Truck Driving School, Virginia Air National Guard, Cleveland Brothers Equipment Company, and ECPI.

Attendance is free, and family members of service members are also welcome to attend. Business attire is highly recommended, and each attendee should bring multiple copies of their resume. Attendees will have access not just to companies that are actively hiring, but two informative seminars as well. Mike Bogoslawski will host How to Work a Job Fair from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., and Paulina Thompson will host how to Gain Federal Employment during the same hour.

To give yourself a leg up, pre-register through Corporate Gray Online to receive a job fair directory before the event and upload your resume to give employers an early look at your work history.

The Virginia Beach Convention Center is quite large, but plan how you're getting there well ahead of time. Veterans coming from the north or west should take I-95 South to I-64 East, and those from the south should heads up I-85, I-95, US 13, or US 17. Corporate Gray recommends staying with the Virginia Beach Double Tree Hotel during the convention.
