Life Saving Drill Plus Combat Swimmer Stroke Freestyle


    This is a good combo workout focusing on life saving drill (25m swim), 50m Combat swimmer stroke, and 100m freestyle fast and skip breathing (6-10 strokes per breath)

    Repeat five times:

    • 25m life saving tow
    • 25m victim
    • 50m CSS
    • 100m freestyle at 6-10 strokes per breath
