The Army & Air Force Exchange Service is increasing their efforts to motivate Soldiers, Airmen and their families to live active and healthy lives through their BE FIT initiative. Roy Montez, the Exchange’s new BE FIT ambassador, brings a personal touch. Montez arms Warfighters and families with fitness information, as well as nutrition tips and tools. Warfighters and families can find BE FIT tips and more at the Exchange’s Community Hub Be Fit webpage, which offers posts, videos and links about personal fitness and nutrition. Shoppers can also find healthy lifestyle and training resources at the Exchange's Be Fit website.
