Syrian Army Gains Ground in Aleppo

    Syrian troops have made more gains in fighting against foreign-backed militates in northern towns of Nubbul and al-Zahra in Aleppo Province, al-Alam reports. Our correspondent in Syria said that the government soldiers took full control of strategic area of Kafar Hamra near the city of Aleppo late on Tuesday. He added that many terrorists have fled the villages in north of Aleppo when they heard reports about Syrian army's advancement in the region. Syrian army has completely surrounded the northern towns of Aleppo as it goes on with its operation to save the province from terrorist groups, most of them infiltrating from Turkey. The army has started its operation in the area, which is one of the most important militants' strongholds near Turkey borders. The army is preparing to attack militant strongholds in the towns of al-Zahra, Hayyan, Tell Rifaat and A'zaz in north of Aleppo.
