Altered munitions put on black market by Syrian Armed Forces or Allies of Assad. We did the same in Iraq and do the same in Afghanistan. Mortars and RPGs kill their users enough and it cuts down on the willingness of people to employ them against your forces. Just a thought.

It looks like the RPG strikes the wall or barrier in front of the Muzzi, detonating almost at once. He was having trouble seeing over the fense and it looks like he struck it. When you pull the trigger, Mr. RPG is not your friend.
