Gaza Antitank Missile Hits IDF Jeep

Four IDF soldiers were wounded when the jeep was struck by an anti-tank missile fired from the Gaza Strip. Six Palestinians were killed in ensuing IDF strikes and shelling of the Gaza Strip in response, and rocket fire on southern Israel has been ongoing since Saturday's incident. Since a statement by Gaza militant groups on Monday that they would enter a truce if Israel ended all military operations in the Strip, however, there has been relative quiet. The video, broadcast on Palestinian satellite channels in the Gaza Strip and via the Internet, opens with a verse from the Koran about the victory of the Muslims over the infidels, and is followed by an announcement on the jeep attack. According to the video, which appears to have been professionally edited and produced, the hit on the vehicle was accurate and led to the death of an IDF soldier, and seriously wounded three others.
