After working daily with the ANA for seven months I beg to differ from previous comments. In Afghanistan the older men bid on the dancing boys for the opportunity to practice pedophilia with them. The boys are 'rented out' for the night by their handler/owners. The woman in this video has inadvertently advertisied herself as being available for liasions. Hence the why of someone off camera tossing money at them. In afghan culture she is considered a harlot. It is acceptable for the men to view her only because she is not a muslim.
