Taliban Suicide Attack on Police Station

Afghan forces were involved in a gun battle with at least one insurgent after three suicide bombers attacked the traffic police headquarters in Kabul. The assault also involved a powerful car bomb, and it took place just days after six suicide bombers attacked the Afghan spy agency, killing two. The Taliban claimed responsibility for Monday's attack, which involved a second bombing, a tactic favoured by Islamist insurgents elsewhere but relatively rare in Afghanistan. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/jan/21/kabul-police-taliban-suicide-attack
