Shot Show 2012: Gerber Maximus

Gerber Tactical Knives unveiled its new Maximus collapsible fixed-blade knife at Shot Show 2012. The compact design features a 3-inch tanto blade that retracts partially into the handle. The exposed point locks into a stubby sheath to create a 4.86-inch carry length. The blade is made from 7Cr17mov steel.

    I have a vintage 69 Gerber combat assualt knife. It save my life on a couple of times. Best Knife I have ever owned. The VP of Gerber wanted to buy from me, I guess not that many came home. Thank you Gerber Industries. SSG ED
