US Naval Special Warfare DEVGRU

An outstanding recruting video for the US Naval Special Warfare DEVGRU. The United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), or DEVGRU, is one of the United States' four secretive counter-terrorism and Special Mission Units (SMUs). It is often referred to as SEAL Team Six, the name of its predecessor which was officially disbanded in 1987. Most information concerning DEVGRU is classified and details of its activities are not usually commented on by either the White House or the Department of Defense. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Naval_Special_Warfare_Development_Group

Weapons fire id dubbed. Not the way a real suppressed weapon sounds. Thumbs down for wrong information. Thumbs up for our Special Foreces!

Real mix of stuff. Right intention, not so great presentation. At least get the right audio for the gunfire, that's just cheesy. BUT, it takes money to make a good accurate video. It's getting much better than previous video's I've watched.

ONE OF THE REASON I JOINED THE US NAVY WAS BECAUSE I SAW THAT IT GAVE THE MOST INTEREST IN SCHOOL WISE TO ITS MEMBERS. CORPSMAN ARE THE BEST (OPINION) OUT THERE, AS WELL AS EOD AND SO ON... I'M OBVIOUSLY BIASED LOL. GREAT VIDEO BY THE WAY.

First, DEVGRU needs to put out a recruiting video to get SEALs to apply? Second, team members apply (point of the video) for DEVGRU v. being selected for application like Delta? Third, how secretive can you be with if they're putting out recruiting videos, have a Wiki page, etc. And as pointed out, the sound of a suppressed gunfire? This is more like someone's home made video and not a " recruting video for the US Naval Special Warfare DEVGRU."
