A funny parody, made by comedian Kate Sidley, that shows the heartwarming moments when returning servicemembers are reunited with their feline companions (insert sarcasm here). More videos from Kate can be watched at

Cats are just completely different from dogs. Their memory is usually about 6 months unless you train it to do the same thing everyday. But a cat will not recognize you if you have been gone for 12 months. It may or may not. The feline species is a very cautious creature and will be a little afraid of you at first. Now we all know how dogs are...they are nutty when we come home from the store let alone a tour of duty. A dog has the ability to know when you car is coming down the street even if there are two cars in front and in back of you. I do love dogs. And cats too. And the people they are waiting for. Thank all of you.

theres the difference between a cat and a dog, a dog welcomes you, the cat you have to go to it, cats will greet you when they want something!
