The other day I reviewed comments on the Soviet SU-30. Nobody knew what they were talking about. First, the Soviets are still trying to merge WWII tech. with stolen modern tech. from us. Second, if you have not personally seen the Raptor in action and up close, you don't have a clue as to it's abilities. It was never designed to fly faster than any other fighter. It was designed to be stealthy; fuel efficient; state of the art technologically and most agile. This fighter can stop in mid air flight. It can turn in a dog fight if need be with little or no G force. If I was a pilot, I would not want the Raptor anywhere near me. Most likely, IF I knew, I would know it was going to be all over for me in just a few seconds. If you want to see a free show of just some of the things it can do, check out some of the local U.S. Air Fields in your area.

For the price, it better have a 15 to 1 kill ratio at least.
A poor ad that didn't say one damn thing other than the F22 can fly! Can the pumped up music and and the 'oh, and I can fly' film footage and have a narrator actually described capabilities. Show some 'real world' flying and maneuvering.
Cute commercial, but it is all puffery until it has been deployed to a combat zone for a year or so.

Propaganda and hype. Stealthy against next generation laser identification, designation, and tracking? I don't think so. Who comes up with these ideas? Group-thinking idiots with no idea of the next battlefield.
