    I wonder who is at fault here - the pilot or ATC? The pilot will probably take the hit regardless..

    what was that pilot thinking? you NEVER put your plane broadside to jet exhaust! Pilot's fault 100%, even if he got instructions form ATC to taxi behind that B-1 it's his responsibility to insure the safe operation of the plane and should have refused the directive from ATC.
