The military has a wide range of departments and resources which can provide personal and spiritual assistance to individual Reservists and their families.
Family Support Centers
Each of the military service branches have staffs dedicated to supporting servicemembers and their families. Most military installations have family support centers, which provide information, life-skills education, and support services. One of the primary functions of the family center is to link servicemembers and their families with appropriate services and assistance programs. These family support centers offer in person and online assistance in planning for and dealing with the issues that arise before, during, and after mobilization and deployment.
Each service refers to their own centers by a different name:
Army: Army Community and Family Service Centers (CFSC)
Navy: Fleet and Family Support Centers (FFSC)
Air Force: Air Force Reserve Family Readiness
Marine Corps: Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) - Family Life
Coast Guard: Coast Guard Work-Life
