California University of Pennsylvania, a public university, is discounting costs for military veterans and their family members taking courses through its online program. Starting in fall 2016, U.S. Military veterans, spouses and eligible dependents will receive discounted tuition costs at Cal U Global Online, the university's online learning center. Qualified undergraduates will pay a reduced rate of $250 per credit. Master's degree seekers will pay $399 per credit no matter where they live. Cal U Global Online already offers discounted online rates to active-duty military members who enroll in its programs.
