New 2011-12 Montgomery GI Bill Rates

Each year in October, the Montgomery GI Bill (MGIB) payment rates increase to meet the growing cost of education. The MGIB full-time student payment rate was increased to $1,473 a month for the 2011 fiscal year.

Montgomery GI Bill Monthly Rates

The following MGIB payment rates effective from Oct. 1, 2011 through Sept. 30, 2012:
