If you need assistance or further information about government life insurance, you may call the VA Insurance Center in Philadelphia toll-free, 800-669-8477. Specialists are available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., ET, to discuss premium payments, insurance dividends, changes of address, policy loans, naming beneficiaries and reporting the death of the insured or a beneficiary.
