Military Political Activity Restrictions

As U.S. servicemembers and Defense Department civilians ponder candidates during the election season, they should understand the limits placed upon their involvement in certain political activities. There are many questions concerning military policies that restrict both political activities by Servicemembers and Department of Defense Civilians, and candidates' use of DoD facilities for political events.
