    Usually they crash, then burn, but not this time. A close up view shows the Russian Proton-M rocket failure from February 2013. The Russian rocket was carrying three navigation satellites when it careened off its flight path and burst into flames seconds after liftoff from a launch pad in Kazakhstan, spilling a highly toxic rocket propellant.
