Woman Tries to Sell Moon Rock for $1.7M

    A Southern California woman hocking a purported moon rock on eBay was busted by an undercover sting operation. Police detained her and took her rock, after she made a deal with an undercover NASA agent for $1.7 million. NASA is now testing the rock to see if it's legit. It's illegal to sell any of the 22,000 lunar rocks brought back from various Apollo missions, but of course this has not prevented a huge black market from springing up.
