Two suicide bombers rammed their explosives-laden vehicle into that gate of a Pakistani army base in northwestern Pakistan, killing at least two soldiers and wounding eight, security officials said on Wednesday. According to Reuters, the attackers drove in from Afghanistan. According to AFP, a military official said the suicide bombers drove a double cabin vehicle to the gate of the Zarai Noor Camp, in Wana, South Waziristan. They were stopped before they could get into the camp where thousands of soldiers are stationed, army officials said. Security forces intercepted the car and opened fire as it neared the camp. The two men then blew themselves up, said one army official who did not want to be identified.
