Syrian insurgents engage in a heavy firefight against government forces at Mount Azzan, Aleppo. Insurgents engage Syrian Army troops with small arms, RPGs and machine guns. The attack was supported by mortar and artillery fire. At 1:41 you can see a machine gun malfunction caused by incorrect weapons handling and again at the 3:09 mark.
