He went to war for his country and like so many others put his entire life aside to defend our nation. The years of faithful service rendered him unable to even express the feelings associated with trying to cope while leading men in combat and simultaneously struggling to be a husband and father. Enter Songwriting With Soldiers... Songwriting With Soldiers is a non-profit organization that seeks to pair professional songwriters with combat veterans. The result of the collaborative songwriting effort is a release of thoughts and emotions that enables the healing process.
