SWAT Down Man with Bean Bag Round

The police shot a confused man on Thursday afternoon. The confused man threatened the police with a knife and showered them with a liquid. The man threatened to do something about himself and his environment. The man then doused the members and a car from the SWAT team (Arrestatie Team) with a combustible substance, the officers were forced to shoot them. The members of the SWAT team viewed the area, when the man went into the street he was arrested. The man who got shot is slightly injured. The ammunition used by the SWAT is a bean-bag.
