Model Asks Blair to Save Gaddafi Son

Orly Weinerman , an Israeli model, has admitted to a six-year romantic relationship with Muammar Gaddafi's son Saif and has pleaded with former British prime minister Tony Blair to help save the life of the former Libyan dictator's son. Saif faces the death penalty in Libya for his alleged part in the killing of protesters during last year's civil war. Weinerman, 41, admits to a 'discreet' relationship which began in London in 2005. She said Saif was a 'civilized' and 'honorable' man who is being unjustly treated. Weinerman reportedly asked Blair, who allegedly struck up a close relationship with Saif, to intervene in the case.
