War Horse Statue Unveiled at Museum

    Triangle, VA: Life-size statue of a Korean War horse, Sgt Reckless, is unveiled at the National Museum of the Marine Corps. The monument is placed in the museum's Semper Fidelis Memorial Park. 10-ft bronze statue was created by sculptor Jocelyn Russell. Author and mastermind of the project, Robin Hutton is publishing a book on mare's life, "Sgt. Reckless, America's War Horse". July 26, 2013.
