One Marine’s Idea Will Save $15 Million

Cpl. Riki D. Clement reverse-engineered an outdated $64,000 cord, originally meant to connect radios to vehicles, and attached it to a radio tester unit for a radio repairman. The new repair procedure will save the Marine Corps $15 million.
