No Marine Left Behind: More Than Just a Saying
Sgt. Millard Odom, a member of Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, was killed in action at the Battle of Tarawa during World War II on Nov. 20, 1943.
