U.S. Coast Guard Academy - 100th Week

On the heels of finals week, before graduation ceremonies begin, each spring the Third Class Cadets enter what is known as 100th Week. This week-long series of events is designed to prepare the Third Class Cadets for their leadership roles during their Second Class Cadet summer experiences. Recruit Company Commanders, from Training Center Cape May, refresh the cadets' memories on drill instruction and room inspections, Leadership Development Center staff facilitate classroom modules, and Company Chiefs provide mentoring. The 100th Week experience builds to a culminating event at the Stones Ranch National Guard Base in East Lyme, Connecticut.
