SAN DIEGO - Two U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Haddock crewmen navigate a panga boat to San Diego after the cutter crew seized it approximately 140 miles south of San Diego, March 16, 2014. The Coast Guard and Customs and Border Protection worked together to track and interdict the panga carrying 265 bales of marijuana off the Southern California coast. U.S. Coast Guard video.
