Harbor Seal pup Gets Second Chance

A year-old Harbor Seal leaves its crate and dives into Puget Sound after four months of rehabilitation at Progressive Animal Welfare Society, March 7, 2016. Volunteers from Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla-12 in Edmonds, Wash., released the seal in partnership with Progressive Animal Welfare Society and NOAA.
