On July 4th at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina, Base*FEST (full name: "Base*FEST Powered by USAA") will launch what's planned as the first in a series of on-base music festival experiences.
The day's lineup will include a headlining performance by Lifehouse, along with Brett Young, Chord Overstreet, Muddy Magnolias, Temecula Road and DJ SpinDoc.
Lifehouse is best remembered for its smash hit "Hanging By a Moment," the #1 song of 2001 according to the Billboard charts.
Brett Young is an up-and-coming country singer who released the platinum single "In Case You Didn't Know" earlier this year.
Chord Overstreet is an actor and musician best know for his role as Sam Evans on the TV show Glee.
The show is advertised as free for everyone but the rich and/or impatient have the option to purchase a $99 Premium ticket that includes a private seated area, tented shade, no crowd, complimentary catered food, a full cash bar, nearby parking, a separate entry line with fast entry and private restrooms with air conditioning. Buy those tickets here.
