The Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, TX is one of the greatest movie theaters in America. Great food, great beer, awesome custom posters, a mix of interesting movies thrown in with the Hollywood blockbusters and, best of all, an incredibly low tolerance for annoying behavior by its customers.
They got this voicemail from a girl they kicked out for texting during the movie and decided to turn it into a PSA to let potential patrons know in advance that they'll also get kicked out if they don't put their phones away. When you're in Austin (like I am now, about 300 yards away from the South Lamar location), check out the air conditioning, pick a flick, grab a beer and enjoy the pulled pork sandwich, bbq so good it has no business being served in a movie theater.
