Jon Stewart calls out Congress for its latest salvo in the war on terrorism. Under the Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Law, first responders must first be checked against the FBI's terrorist watch list before they're eligible for benefits to cover treatment for the illnesses and injuries they sustained while trying to rescue victims from the 9/11 attacks.
