Our Elf on the Shelf, “Chippy” has stayed in the same place twice already since he made his appearance on the first. Actually, he didn’t appear on the first but left us a note explaining he had to return early to the North Pole to help Santa with all the new elves. (He was actually in a moving box somewhere that I couldn’t locate so I had to go out and buy a new one the next day.)
