APO Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs for 2014

Yesterday I realized that it is already the middle of November. And that means Christmas shopping ... and shipping.

I know, I hate to admit it, too. I like the Fall season. I love all-the-pumpkin-things. And I just want the pretty leaves to last forever. The holiday season can seem so hectic and out of control.

If you're one of the thousands of military families with a deployed loved one, one way to keep things together as you navigate this last week or so of November, the crazy that is Black Friday shopping and getting ready for the holidays is to make sure you have all of your shipping ducks in a row.

That means knowing the shipping cut-off dates. And we have all the details for you, even if your spouse is deployed to West Africa, home to a brand new APO address and, until now, no published shipping cut-off information.

Here's what we've got for you:

APO Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs


For mail headed to West Africa, APO AE 09847-9997 (a never before used APO address!), the recommended cut-off is Dec. 10 for First class letters and cards and priority mail packages.

For mail headed to APO/FPO/DPO AE zip codes 090-092, 094-098, 340 and 962-966 the cutoff for both types of mail is also Dec. 10.

For mail headed to APO/FPO/DPO AE zip code 093 the cutoff is Dec. 3 for both types of mail.
