There are a few deployment songs out there -- think "Far Away Coast" or "Here Without You" -- but most of the songs I find myself humming when my husband is gone are break up songs. Usually they have a verse or two that can be taken out of context and applied to deployment or TDY. If you ignore the lyrics about letting her down or saying the wrong things, then you can pretend that the songs are about geographic singlehood instead of real singlehood.
One of the ones I always go back to is "Pictures of You" by The Cure.

The last time my husband was gone, I discovered a new break up song that I hummed frequently to myself: "Sound of Your Voice" by Barenaked Ladies.

If I had a wish, or even a choice
I'd wake up to the sound of your voice
How I miss waking up to the sound of your voice
