Video: Interview with a Spouse in Bragg Housing

The drama at Fort Bragg around the unexplained deaths of 12 infants since 2007 continues to grasp the attention of the military community. Such a tragedy can lead to an atmosphere of fear for the safety of your own kids. Even from my post housing far away from Bragg I find myself thinking “are we really safe?”

In our video this week Penny Doucette, a spouse who lives on Fort Bragg with her husband and 3-year-old daughter, talks about the atmosphere there surrounding the issue.


Army Secretary John McHugh was asked about the issue while testifying before a Senate committee last week. This story posted Friday to Military.com talks about his response.
