Prayers for Jessica

Share

Yesterday we received a lot of email and comments about one of our contributors, Jessica. As many of you know, she's experienced a horrible personal trauma. I think the best thing we can do for Jessica right now is to keep her in our thoughts and prayers, and be there to support her when she's ready. Although Jessica's blog appears to be offline right now, her parents left this update there late last night:

We are Jessica's parents and want to thank all of you for the comments. We will print the comments out and take to Jessica in the hospital. She is under professional care and is safe but will need long term care & support. We will keep you informed in this comment section of her blog. Again, thank you all for your kind words, thoughts, and prayers. (Tom & Sue of NM)

Jessica is, and always will be, a part of our military family. I hope she will be comforted by the knowledge that people who knew her in the blog world, and those who don't know her at all, care very deeply about her.
