Last week, I posted that the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Military Community and Family Policy was soliciting comments regarding the difficulties that military spouses face when transferring professional licenses or certifications between states. As of now, there 128 posts on that discussion. I'm sure there are lots of good thoughts in those posts.
This week, the same office is asking about what sort of careers we might like to pursue. I'm going to post my thoughts on the subject there, so I won't fill your head with my ramblings here at SpouseBUZZ. I'm sure you have lots of thoughts, too. Please, please share them at the Military Community and Family Policy discussion page. These people are basically our lobbyists and they are our best chance to enact change within the Department of Defense.
