So, back before Christmas I started a new post, but with all four kids getting the flu their last week of school, packing for a road trip, two weeks of traveling to three different family Christmases, and buying a new vehicle in the midst of it all, I managed to procrastinate. Procrastination is something I do well, even without other distractions and I find traveling alone with four kids the mother load of distractions! Alas, we've settled back into our daily routine and I have some great links for you! Better late than never, right?
Jenn over at Bull Session wrote this Paleo Q & A Post. Very interesting. I've been checking in on her for about six months now and had never heard of Paleo until reading one of her posts. Interesting, but not something I can imagine doing myself. I have no self control. Maybe you do, though, so check it out!
Before the holidays, I found this post, Traveling in Europe: Accomodations, written by Melissa at New Girl On Post. I've never been to Europe, but for all of you that are there or plan to either PCS or visit, this could be a very helpful post. More recently, Melissa wrote the post Trying Something New where she discusses trying Paleo. Seems to be a big topic lately!
Finally, I want to reassure you that it wasn't my intention for this post to sound like the most recent edition of Spousebuzz: Fit Club, but that's what seems to be happening anyway. I just found this post written by Lisa at must be doin' somethin' right. She, too, is considering going Paleo as part of a challenge at her gym.
Hmmm.... with all of this crazy talk, maybe I should consider getting crazy, too. Nah... one step at a time. I'm working on the getting fit part and taking baby steps on the dieting part. Wish me luck!
