Okay, Fit Clubbers. I'm back on board...and on a mission to make it for more than a week this time. As November pushes into December, my calendar is more and more full, but I need to make it a priority. I'm going to break out my secret weapon this week: my wardrobe.
How the heck is my wardrobe going to help? Well, I put on my exercise clothes as soon as I get up, and I don't take them off until I've exercised. Since I don't like going out in my workout clothes, I'm highly motivated to do some exercise, right?
I'm looking for more tricks, so please let me know if you have any. In the meantime, I'll be back at my Two Thirty Day Shred, and maybe even force myself to get out and walk a little.
