In addition to cranking up the exercise, I've been changing my eating. A lot. I'm actually trying to change more gradually because I don't want to set myself up for a big crash by trying to change things too much.
I would love to hear your ideas for good, healthy, low-calorie breakfasts. I usually eat one of three things: either scrambled eggs with onions, peppers, tomatoes & spinach, or cottage cheese with a chopped up green apple and a few chopped cashews, or a tortilla with veggies & Laughing Cow cheese, toasted. Those seem to work for me, and I enjoy them, but I would like to expand my menu just a little bit. I'm not abig cereal girl, unless it has those little magic dried strawberry slices in it, but I might be convinced if I find the right cereal.
