Okay people - how did you do this week?
My gym was closed this week, and there were two immediate effects:
1) I got no time away from my kids. I'm a woman on the edge people... On The Edge.
2) I had to come up with interesting ways to work out.
I kicked off the week by digging up my backyard. This was necessary - because of the weird lighting back there nothing really grows. I had to dig up and level off for...
The 10 bags of decorative rocks I had to carry and distribute the next day took care of my weight training issue. And the cardio, for that matter.
Gardening can be an excellent substitute for your exercise plan when necessary!
