We all get a little stressed on occasion. Often times we do not do as much to take care of ourselves as we could or should.
That is why I love this product!
I would love to have the time and money to go and get a massage once a week. That doesn't happen. Pampering myself is expensive and I also have to find and pay a babysitter once or twice a year when I do get the opportunity to indulge. Not super cost effective in my household.
My mother knows me well. She knows that when I visit I am going to request that she rub my shoulders. I beg her to help break up the knots that have made a permanent home there. Of course I only get the chance to have a free personal masseuse a couple of times per year. She helped remedy that for me.

You have likely seen this product advertised on television or available in your local department store. It was a little pricey for me to consider purchasing as a gift for myself, so I did not. But, my mother was generous and purchased one for me.
Forgive me mom, I know it was a Christmas gift, a wrapped gift no less. I just couldn't help myself. I opened it early and I love it!
I do recommend using this product in a regular chair, it works wonders. I do not recommend using it lying down or reclining in a chair. The massage is so forceful that it will make your back sore if not used properly. Yes, I initially did the latter and I paid for it with more pain. The red lights which roll up and down also serve as a curiosity for my cat. So, it is relaxing for me and also serves as a cat toy.
If I had originally known how great these type of products were and how much calm they would bring me by being able to use them at home, I would have indulged for myself or I would have begged for a gift sooner.
To top off my at home pampering, I am going out today to purchase another of HoMedics products.
