I stumbled across an interesting resource, the Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN). MSCCN maintains a database of military-friendly employers and open positions. From their website, I can see that they are getting results - in June 2010, they successfully placed 14 military spouses.
There are numerous organizations and programs designed to help military spouses find meaningful employment, and adding MSCCN to the list might help improve your chances of finding the right job for you.
